REPRESENTATIVE OF THE INSTITUTE AT THE UK–BIH FELLOWSHIP PROGRAMME CONFERENCE IN SARAJEVO
The final conference of the UK–BiH Fellowship Programme was held in Sarajevo, dedicated to improving air quality through cooperation between institutions, experts, and international partners.

A representative of the Institute for Protection and Ecology of the Republic of Srpska, Dr. Srđan Šabić, also participated in the conference. During the discussion, possibilities for applying British practices in Bosnia and Herzegovina were considered, with a particular focus on strengthening institutional cooperation and developing new sustainable policies.
The conference brought together representatives of international organizations, government institutions, and environmental protection experts, who discussed concrete steps to improve air quality in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The need for a long-term strategic approach, cross-sectoral cooperation, and strengthening of the regulatory framework was particularly emphasized.
This event provided an important platform for knowledge exchange between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the United Kingdom, with the aim of strengthening capacities for creating effective and sustainable solutions for cleaner air and a healthier environment.
